Services Provided
The bulk of the firm’s services is performed as Project Management Services for Road and Civil Engineering Design, Surveying & Highway designs, Construction Supervision service contracts where management of projects in their entirety is combined with technical and non-technical expertise, thus forming the matrix of skills required for successful project implementation.

APCL has a reference list of projects in almost all the regions of Ghana. In Africa, the firm has collaborated with other international partners and our operations are not limited to Ghana alone but the potential to explore projects in Africa is seriously pursued.
Quality Service Delivery Since Inception
Quality Assurance is a key issue in all our activities. Quality is rigorously controlled and monitored through all stages of our assignments, based both on the international standards ISO 9001, and tailor-made in-house systems.
APCL foreign affiliates are SS-EN ISO 9001:1994-accredited for project management, design and construction management and provision of consultancy services such as project administration, procurement, supervision and inspection.
ISO quality coordinators are engaged to implement quality control systems and monitoring of these systems. Working methods and tools have been developed and summarised in our Quality Manual and are applied, as routines, in the implementation of all projects. These tools focus on organisation, control and evaluation of results and incorporate socially-related factors such as health, safety and environment.
